I would like to recognize Torrel from TB Roadside Assistance for his outstanding service. He came to help me with a flat tire in the heart of Washington DC… it’s took him less than 15 minutes to find me and start replacing my flat tire. As I was preparing to leave, my car suddenly wouldn't start. Without hesitation, Terrell stayed and helped jump-start my vehicle as well. Throughout the entire experience, he was professional, courteous, patient, and extremely helpful. What could have been a very stressful situation was made much easier because of his willingness to go above and beyond. I truly appreciate his dedication to helping customers and ensuring I was safely back on the road. I would absolutely use TB Roadside Assistance again and would highly recommend Torrel to anyone in need of roadside help. Thank you for the excellent service!

Nothing can ruin your day more than coming out to the car to take the little one to school only to see a flat tire 🛞 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ my sorry insurance company only gives me a $50 reimbursement for any roadside assistance I get so I start a google search and came across this roadside assistance company I told him my situation and he said he would be there in 20 minutes I wasn’t sure he would want to come after I told him I was in Anacostia for some reason some people are afraid of this area but he came and I was just looking to have him put my spare on he was actually able to plug it for me and saved me a extra trip he was fast, friendly and took his time to make sure I was taken care of I highly recommend him if you are in need of prompt service I’m definitely going to use him again when I need any road service 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Torrell was great. I had a sudden flat tire and found his number in a google search. Gave him a quick call and he was finishing up a job in Alexandria and could make it over to McLean in 35 minutes once he finished up. He texted me about every 10 minutes with an ETA to let me know he wasn’t fair away. The spare needed air and he was able to pump it up and throw it on the car. In total I was back on the road in 10-15 minutes and off to my next stop. Pricing was extremely fair and there was no middle man dispatch. I knew the price up front and was able to use Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or Cashapp for payment. He was kind and worked quickly to get me on my way. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service On January 30th, TB Roadside Assistance provided truly exceptional service when my spare tire went flat and I was stranded on the side of the road. The technician went above and beyond by taking my tire—which had a nail in it—to a 24-hour tire facility, purchasing a new tire on my behalf, returning promptly, and installing it on my vehicle right there. The professionalism, efficiency, and care shown during a very stressful situation were outstanding. I am extremely grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend TB Roadside Assistance to anyone in need of reliable, above-and-beyond roadside support.

I called Mr. Bellamy when I realized after I got home one of my tires was flat. He asked questions to understand the situation. He arrived when he said he would and went straight to my vehicle to assess the situation. He got the lift under the car, took the bolts off the tire and when he spun the tire there was a big screw in between the treads. He pulled out the screw, patched the tire, twice, filled the tire and put it back on my car. No muss, no fuss. It took less than 30 minutes. He is a professional and excels in his trade. The service from this company is great. Torrell always arrives before the ETA. I have used his company for roadside assistance 7 times over the last 2 years for 2 different vehicles. I passed the info along to my son and he called today to get help with his car. As usual, Torrell did not disappoint with the service or the price. Battery changes, tire changes, tire plugs, license plate install, undercarriage repair, lockouts. He roadside services and professionalism are top notch. I would definitely recommend him and will continue to use his services for myself and my family.

He was absolutely amazing showed up quickly and was super professional and kind! I unfortunately had multiple nails in my tires for whatever reason. He did all he could to make sure he plugged the tires yes 2 tires. Then make sure I was safe. He was prepared and professional. It was a crazy rainy day and definitely not how I wanted to spend my birthday, but was so grateful he was there to save me. I would 100% recommend using him!

I caught a nail on Rock Creek Parkway - the worst location - and limped my way to CT Ave. I Googled roadside tire repair and connected with TB Roadside Assistance. They were communicative, quick, professional and friendly. They're in my contacts now. I hope I never need them again but if I do, they're my new go to for remote tire repair!

Yesterday I needed emergency service for my tire and service was provided less than 30 minutes after my call. They service all of Prince George’s County, Maryland and I would utilize services again.

I didn’t know what I was going to do with the nail that ended up in my tire this Saturday. Somehow someway I googled something about fixing a tire and I got Torrell at TB Roadside Assistance. Tyrell was amazing!!! I called because my son’s friend had a flat tire and was on the side of the road scared as well as trying to get back to college. Fast, dependable and reliable What are you doing! While Torrell has serviced my vehicle several times, most recently, he removed a large nail From the front left tire of my truck. He arrived within 10 minutes and plugged in a Roxanne come out of the grass the hole within five minutes. I don’t use anyone else but him. Service I can count on!

Mr T showed up in 20 mins changed my tires and I was in the road.Then I called few days later with nail in tire he came to my job took the nail out plugged in and I was in my work building while he fixed he brought my keys back to lobby of my job and I was set for the day again.True Superman🙌🦾
